We are looking for passionate film programmers to join our 2025 festival team.
 

This is your chance to: 
- Explore the World of Independent Film: Discover unique stories that inspire.
- Connect with Creative Minds: Be part of a vibrant community of film enthusiasts.
- Shape Mallorca's Cinematic Landscape: Contribute to one of Europe's most international film events.

This is a voluntary position, offering you valuable experience and knowledge about the film industry and film festivals. 
Time Commitment:
- Deadline: February - August 2025
- Hours: 2-4 hours per week (depending on personal availability).
- 30-minute monthly calls: Every second Saturday of the month

 

Professional film education is not required; however, experience in the fields of film, culture and cinematography is a plus.
